Using targets to guide activity It all starts with your targets — these are hashtags or accounts that attract the kind of followers you want. Upleap uses them to find active users who are already interested in similar content.You’re in control here. Add or remove targets whenever you like. Following the right users Upleap follows users who are connected to the targets you’ve set. These aren’t random follows — they’re people already involved in your niche. The system spreads activity out naturally to avoid red flags and to make the process feel like organic behavior. Unfollowing after a few days After giving users a chance to follow back, Upleap quietly unfollows them. This keeps your following list from getting bloated and helps maintain a balanced ratio. To stay safe, we’ll never push your total follows more than 800 above where you started. Protecting your connections with an Auto-Whitelist When you first connect to Upleap, the system automatically creates a whitelist of everyone you were already following. These accounts won’t be unfollowed, no matter what. If you follow someone new and want to keep them safe too, you have the option to add them manually to your list. Liking posts after a follow Once someone follows you back, Upleap heads to their profile and likes up to three recent posts. It’s a soft follow-up that reminds them you’re there and makes it more likely they’ll return the favor by engaging with your content. Watching stories to stay visible Upleap views Stories from the people you already follow and the ones it followed on your behalf. That keeps your name showing up in viewer lists, and over time, helps drive profile visits without needing to do much else. Adding followers to Close Friends New followers are automatically added to your Close Friends list (up to 1,000 per day). This gives your Stories the green ring, pushing them higher in feeds and helping them stand out. You can turn on auto-removal if you want to clean up that list over time. Sending messages with Welcome DMs Every time you get a new follower, Upleap can send a message for you. You write it — thank you, link drop, quick hello, your call — and the system delivers it. It’s a way to connect right away without having to message followers one by one.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Upleap, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity, the following outlines our cancellation policy. Cancellation During the Free Trial - Clients enrolled in the 10-day free trial can cancel their trial at any time during the trial period. - Cancellation during the free trial ensures that no charges will be applied to the client’s account. - To cancel, clients can simply log in to their account and navigate to Settings page and under Subscriptions click the thrash can icon for the particular subscription they want to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions or contact our 24/7 Support Team for assistance. Cancellation After the Free Trial Ends - Once the 10-day free trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to an active, paid subscription. - To cancel an active subscription, clients must contact our Support Team, which is available 24/7, through one of the following options: - Live Chat: Accessible via the client’s Dashboard and official Website. - Email: Contact our Support Team via email team@upleap.com - Clients should include their account information (e.g., registered email) when requesting a cancellation to ensure the process is completed promptly. Important Notes - Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests for Active Subscriptions must be initiated before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. - Support-Managed Cancellations: Once the subscription is active, the client cannot cancel it directly through the dashboard. Instead, contacting the support team is required. - Confirmation: After the support team processes the cancellation request, the client will receive a confirmation email. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified by the client. Refund Policy - Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in Upleap's Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.
